Common questions
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything you log is stored on your device. If you use iCloud, it syncs only through your own private Apple iCloud account, with no developer servers, and the developer cannot see it. See the Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account or sign-up?
No. There is no account to create. Gaurava uses the iCloud account already on your device for optional sync, and nothing else.
Is Gaurava free?
Yes, completely free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Gaurava is fully usable offline by design. Sync, when enabled, happens quietly in the background once a connection is available.
How does sync to my other devices work?
Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device with iCloud Drive enabled, and open Gaurava on each. Your entries appear across devices through your private CloudKit database. The first sync can take a little time.
I moved to a new iPhone or iPad. Where is my data?
Install Gaurava, sign in to the same iCloud account, open the app, and give it a moment to download from your private iCloud. If data does not appear, confirm iCloud is enabled in Settings and that you are using the same Apple ID.
Can I share a report with my doctor?
Yes. Gaurava can generate a private clinician PDF that you choose to share, on your terms. Nothing is sent anywhere automatically.
How do I delete my data?
You can edit or delete any entry inside the app. Deleting the app removes its data from that device; data in your private iCloud is managed through your Apple ID in Settings. The developer holds none of your data.
Widgets, Apple Watch, and Live Activity
Add the Gaurava widget from your Home Screen, and install the companion Apple Watch app from the Watch app. These surface your next step at a glance using the same private, on-device data.
Does Gaurava give medical advice?
No. Gaurava is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.
